Reservations

Table allocations can be amended up until the time of seating and, regrettably, we can not guarantee any specific table. All tables are held for a 15 minute grace period before offering the reservation to our waitlist. If you wish to bring any personal decorations for your table, which may affect other diners’ restaurant experience, please check first with our team.

Dogs

Dogs, other than assistance dogs, are not permitted inside. However, well- behaved dogs are always welcome in the garden. Water can be provided; owners are expected to clean up any dog waste and to dispose of this appropriately. Dog owners are asked to show respect for other diners’ sensitivities, in keeping their dogs quiet, on a lead and under control at all times.

Outdoor Seating

Join us in our courtyard to experience traditional British food made with the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Please note our garden tables are completely open to the elements with no heating or canopy.

Parking

We have a large car-park with disabled access to both the restaurant and pub area, together with dedicated parking bays for those with mobility issues. Please be aware you are solely responsible for your car and its contents. We ask you park with respect to other guests and our neighbours in the village.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers, the perfect present no matter the occasion, birthdays, anniversaries or any celebration. Available in various denominations. Redeemed as full or part payment for dining and drinks for the fortunate recipient. Valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. We are unable to issue cash as change for redeemed vouchers. Vouchers can be collected or sent via Royal Mail - please allow a minimum of 2 business working days.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the buildings. Ashtrays are provided throughout the outside areas. Cigars cannot be smoked in the building under any circumstances.

Allergies and intolerances

Guests are encouraged to notify us of any food allergies, intolerances or any special dietary needs at the time of booking and, in any case, prior to ordering. Our kitchen can accommodate most requirements.

Payments

We accept most cards including American Express. We also do not accept cheques (including travellers cheques) under any circumstances.

Customer Care

Any queries regarding your meal, service, or payment must be brought to our attention at the earliest opportunity, and in any case, prior to your departure from the premises. Should there be any matter you wish us investigate subsequent to your departure, including any potential billing errors, these should be brought to our attention within 4 days.

Mailing list 

We periodically send promotional emails containing content such as special offers, new products, events and news. As part of the registration process to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask you for your name and email address. Our email data is hosted and distributed by Squarespace.
